PRESS RELEASE — Saudi-based AI startup vminds.ai has successfully closed a six-figure pre-seed investment round, strengthening its ability to enhance its platform. The startup also announced its official launch. The funding round was led by strategic angel investors from the various business sectors, who believed in vminds.ai’s vision and its future impact on the digital economy.

vminds.ai is developed by VEEM Solutions, an award-winning Saudi parent company specialising in advanced technology solutions, AI tools, and modern innovations. VEEM Solutions aims to make AI tools accessible to everyone by developing cutting-edge digital solutions that integrate artificial intelligence with interactive technologies such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and smart user experiences while also focusing on data analytics.

VEEM Solutions has graduated from Wa’ed Entrepreneurship Centre, a startup incubator by Saudi Aramco, and Tech Champions Accelerator, an initiative by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). Additionally, vminds.ai is currently part of NVIDIA’s and Microsoft’s startup programs.

vminds.ai was founded by Ahmed Al-Mashhadi, a business and strategy consultant, accredited startup mentor, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in leading global and regional corporations across 12+ countries. He has led multi-million-dollar projects in technology, education, healthcare, and other industries across 4 continents. Al-Mashhadi holds a degree in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia.

vminds.ai is an intelligent, self-learning platform that consolidates over 150 AI tools from leading global companies into a single unified platform. This allows users to access a wide range of AI-powered services, including generative AI for text, images, videos, and musi, data analysis & AI-driven insights, text-to-speech and speech-to-text conversion, AI-powered tools for developers and content creators, productivity enhancement & workflow automation via AI agents, and image and audio processing.

Founder Ahmed Al-Mashhadi explains, “The core mission of vminds.ai is to democratise AI and make these technologies accessible and user-friendly for everyone, regardless of their technical expertise. Today, the AI industry is evolving rapidly, with a surge of fragmented tools and platforms, making it difficult for users to navigate and choose the best solutions.”

He identified a market gap where AI tools are scattered across multiple platforms, forcing users to subscribe to various services separately. This challenge inspired the creation of a unified AI platform that makes AI more accessible and efficient for all.

Al-Mashhadi adds, “Our platform simplifies access to AI tools in one place, offering a seamless user experience without the hassle of managing multiple subscriptions. This empowers individuals and businesses to leverage AI without requiring advanced technical expertise.”

vminds.ai addresses several major industry gaps, including: Lack of a unified platform that seamlessly integrates AI tools, Complexity in using AI technologies for non-tech-savvy High subscription costs when using multiple AI tools, and Absence of a centralized solution that offers customization based on user needs

vminds.ai targets the AI and cloud technology market, which is valued in the hundreds of billions globally and continues to grow rapidly due to increasing adoption of automation, smart analytics, and generative AI across industries.

Following the official launch of the platform for individuals, vminds.ai plans to launch its enterprise platform in Q3 2025 while expanding into regional and global markets. The startup will continuously enhance AI tools to improve user experience and form strategic partnerships with technology providers, digital transformation bodies, and investors.

vminds.ai aims to reach tens of thousands of users in its initial phase and, within two years, grow to one million active users while capturing a significant market share in the integrated AI tools sector. The company is also focused on partnering with startups and major digital enterprises to integrate vminds.ai solutions into their business environments.
