BirdseyePost Unveils AI-Powered Direct Mail Marketing Platform with Penny©

BirdseyePost has introduced groundbreaking AI-powered features in its autonomous marketing platform, enabling businesses to launch highly targeted direct mail campaigns across North America. The platform is powered by Penny©, an AI marketing agent designed to understand a company’s value proposition, customer base, and objectives, automating the creation, printing, and mailing of campaigns with minimal human intervention.

Matt Bogoroch, co-founder and CEO of BirdseyePost, stated that Penny© dramatically reduces the time and complexity traditionally associated with direct mail marketing. He emphasized that businesses can now generate, print, and deploy targeted campaigns in minutes instead of weeks, seamlessly integrating direct mail with digital marketing strategies for a fully automated experience.

The platform’s intelligent recommendation engine allows Penny© to personalize offers for each recipient by analyzing inventory data and matching products to consumer preferences. Shardul Frey, co-founder and CTO, highlighted that Penny©’s machine learning capabilities ensure customers receive relevant and in-stock product suggestions, helping retailers scale personalized engagement programs effortlessly. He noted that BirdseyePost’s email system, launched in June 2024, had already driven a 340% increase in revenue per recipient by leveraging these AI-driven recommendations.

BirdseyePost also introduced enhancements to its SnapCapture™, SmartMaps™, and SmartMailer™ technologies, all powered by Penny©. SnapCapture™ provides real-time QR code tracking on each mail piece, linking offline marketing efforts with digital channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok. SmartMaps™ dynamically generates personalized store locator maps for each recipient, directing them to the nearest retail location. SmartMailer™ enables AI-driven, event-triggered direct mail campaigns that integrate with eCommerce and CRM systems to reach consumers at critical decision-making moments.

Adam Bogoroch, co-founder and COO, stated that BirdseyePost has successfully bridged the gap between offline and online marketing by offering a seamless omnichannel solution. He explained that the platform empowers businesses to execute data-driven direct mail campaigns with precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, ultimately increasing conversion rates and in-store traffic.
