Emmi AI Raises €15M to Transform Industrial Simulations with AI

Emmi AI, an Austrian deep tech startup, announced it has raised €15 million in seed funding, marking the largest seed round in Austria’s history. Co-led by 3VC, Speedinvest, Serena, and PUSH VC, the investment supports Emmi’s mission to revolutionize engineering simulations across industries such as aerospace, automotive, and energy.

Co-founder Dennis Just said Emmi is removing engineering bottlenecks by delivering real-time, AI-driven simulations that traditionally took weeks.

Founded in 2024 by Johannes Brandstetter, Just and Miks Mikelsons, Emmi trains deep learning models as intelligent digital twins, eliminating manual setup and accelerating multiphysics scenarios.

Peter Lasinger, General Partner at 3VC, described Emmi’s platform as delivering “GPT moments” for engineering innovation.
