aedifion Announces €17M Series B to Scale AI-Powered Building Platform Across Europe

aedifion, the AI-driven PropTech platform helping commercial property operators cut emissions and energy costs, has raised €17 million in an oversubscribed Series B round led by Eurazeo. The round also included support from existing investors World Fund, Drees & Sommer, BitStone Capital, Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures, Hopp Family Office, and long-time backers MOMENI Ventures, Bauwens Capital, and LARTIS.

Founded in 2017 by researchers from RWTH Aachen, aedifion operates a smart building platform that enables up to 40% CO₂ savings. With nearly 500 buildings and over 5.8 million square meters under management, the company will use the funding to expand across Europe and launch its generative AI-powered virtual building assistant, designed to enhance control, reporting, and energy optimization for real estate operators.
