Prezent, an AI-driven presentation platform for enterprises, has raised $30 million in new funding led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures, with participation from Emergent Ventures, WestWave Capital, and Alumni Ventures. The round brings the company’s total funding to over $74 million and values the Los Altos-based startup at $400 million.
Founded by Rajat Mishra, Prezent uses AI to automate and enhance business communications through data-driven, industry-specific presentation tools. The company also announced its first acquisition, integrating Prezentium, a life sciences-focused presentation services firm founded by Deepti Juturu, into its operations.
The acquisition unites Mishra’s two ventures under one platform, expanding Prezent’s reach within life sciences and technology sectors while accelerating its strategy to deliver customized AI solutions for enterprise communications. The new funding will support additional acquisitions and partnerships in specialized domains such as executive coaching, medical writing, and consulting.
