Bricklayer AI, an Arlington, Virginia-based cybersecurity startup, has raised $5 million in an oversubscribed seed round led by Tech Square Ventures, with continued participation from Sovereign’s Capital, Dreamit Ventures, and BlueWing Ventures.
Founded in 2024 by Adam Vincent, Bricklayer AI develops an agentic cybersecurity platform that enables Security Operations Centers (SOCs) to deploy and manage teams of AI agents capable of handling tasks such as alert triage, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident reporting. These agents collaborate like human analysts, sharing context and executing multi-step investigations with speed and full auditability.
The new funding will support product development, expand go-to-market operations, and enhance customer experience as enterprise adoption accelerates. Bricklayer AI’s platform is already deployed across multiple Fortune 500 companies and security service providers, automating thousands of analyst hours each month. With backing from Tech Square Ventures and participation in the Engage innovation program, Bricklayer AI aims to redefine enterprise cybersecurity through scalable, AI-native operations built on collaboration, transparency, and human oversight.
