Flora Raises $42M Series A to Build AI-Native Creative Workflows for Designers

Flora, a generative AI design platform used by teams at Alibaba, Brex, Pentagram, and Lionsgate, has raised $42 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Redpoint Ventures, bringing the company’s total funding to $52 million.

Founded by Weber Wong, Flora is building an AI-first creative interface that allows designers to generate, iterate, and branch images, video, and concepts using text, visual, and multimodal inputs within a single canvas. The company plans to use the funding to scale enterprise sales, expand marketing, and deepen product capabilities, including enhanced creative controls and integrated editing tools, as demand grows for AI-native design workflows across creative industries.
