Nomagic Closes €8.51M Series B Extension to Scale AI-Driven Warehouse Robotics

Nomagic announced it has secured €8.51 million ($10 million) in a Series B extension round to accelerate global expansion and advance its physical AI technology for warehouse automation. The round was led by Cogito Capital Partners.

The Poland-based company develops AI-powered robotic systems designed to handle complex, real-world warehouse tasks that traditional automation struggles to perform at scale. Led by CEO Kacper Nowicki alongside co-founders Marek Cygan and Tristan D’Orgeval, Nomagic deploys general-purpose robots trained on millions of real warehouse operations, enabling continuous, autonomous workflows in live fulfillment environments.

The new funding will support commercial growth in the United States and further development of Nomagic’s visual-language-action AI models, as the company expands deployments with enterprise logistics customers including Zalando.
