Neysa Secures Blackstone Investment to Scale AI Infrastructure in India

Indian AI infrastructure startup Neysa has secured a major investment from Blackstone, alongside co-investors including Teachers’ Venture Growth, TVS Capital, 360 ONE Asset, and Nexus Venture Partners, with commitments of up to $600 million in primary equity. The Mumbai-based company also plans to raise an additional $600 million in debt financing to expand GPU computing capacity.

Founded in 2023 by CEO Sharad Sanghi, Neysa provides GPU-first infrastructure designed to support enterprises, government agencies, and AI developers building and deploying models locally in India. The company currently operates about 1,200 GPUs and aims to scale deployments significantly as demand for domestic AI compute grows. Ganesh Mani, senior managing director at Blackstone Private Equity, highlighted expectations that India’s GPU capacity could expand dramatically in the coming years as AI adoption accelerates across industries.
