Symbe, a company building AI for business-to-business sales, has closed a $5.7 million seed funding round led by Kfund, with participation from Next Tier Ventures, 4Founders Capital, Sure Valley Ventures, CircleRock Capital, Concept Ventures and Pact, alongside Notion Capital.
The company’s platform uses AI to create the business cases and return-on-investment calculations that buyers need to justify software and other enterprise purchases to finance, procurement and leadership teams. Many companies still prepare these documents manually in spreadsheets with analysts and value engineering specialists. Symbe automates the process using data from sales calls, meeting notes, emails and CRM systems, allowing sellers and buyers to refine a shared value hypothesis from the earliest meetings.
Since launching just over two years ago, more than 2,500 companies have built business cases with Symbe, including Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, monday.com and FICO. The company has also been named a G2 Category Leader in Value Selling Tools. Large accounts typically start with small paid pilots before expanding to additional sales teams.
Symbe was founded by Martin Blinder, Thomas Laurbjerg and Xavier Wilders, who bring experience selling to large organizations. The new funding will support further technology development and wider adoption among B2B companies as AI reshapes sales processes.
