PRESS RELEASE — Samsung Medison, a global medical equipment company and affiliate of Samsung Electronics, has launched the all-new Samsung Z20 in the U.S.—a premium AI-powered ultrasound system designed for Advanced Ob-Gyn applications. The Z20 made its U.S debut at the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM) 2025 in Denver, Colorado. The Z20 introduces innovations aimed at overcoming various diagnostic challenges such as high-BMI patients, and operator variability, compounded by staffing shortages which impact exam quality and efficiency.

- Automatically labels up to 47 anatomic structures and performs 46 essential measurements.

The Z20’s groundbreaking imaging performance improves diagnostic accuracy, even in challenging cases such as high-BMI patient. Powered by Samsung’s Next-Generation Crystal Architecture TM the new imaging engine eliminates technical barriers by incorporating advanced software beamforming.
