Uniti AI Raises $4M Seed Funding to Expand AI Agent Platform for Commercial Real Estate

Uniti AI, a New York-based AI agent platform for commercial real estate operators, has raised $4 million in a Seed funding round led by Prudence, with participation from Alate Partners, Flex Capital, Observer Capital, and RE Angels. The investment will support the expansion of Uniti AI’s AI-driven sales agents, enabling real estate operators to automate lead engagement and optimize leasing processes across multiple communication channels, including email, SMS, website chat, and voice.

CEO Francesco Decamilli emphasized that Uniti AI is revolutionizing sales and leasing in the commercial real estate sector by providing AI-powered agents that streamline lead qualification and appointment scheduling. The company’s multilingual, customizable AI agents are currently deployed across 10+ countries in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, helping operators drive conversions and enhance efficiency. With this latest funding, Uniti AI aims to accelerate its global expansion and enhance its AI capabilities to further transform real estate operations through automation.
