Paris-based startup Twin has officially launched its first AI automation product, Invoice Operator, in partnership with European fintech Qonto. The tool, designed to simplify invoice retrieval, marks Twin’s first major deployment since emerging from stealth in January 2024. Powered by OpenAI’s CUA (computer-using agent) model, Twin’s browser-based agent automatically gathers, downloads, and attaches invoices to Qonto transactions, reducing hours of manual work for users.
Twin co-founder and CEO Hugo Mercier believes the company is solving what legacy RPA and API-based tools can’t: scalable, intelligent automation across thousands of services, and that they are building AI agents for the real world — tools that are fast, easy to use, and require no technical configuration.
