iRAYPLE and TXR Robotics Sign MoU to Develop Intelligent Robotic Automation Systems

Insider Brief

  • iRAYPLE and TXR Robotics sign MoU to co-develop next-generation robotic automation systems, integrating machine vision with autonomous navigation and control for industrial applications in domestic and global markets.
  • Partnership focuses on standardizing hardware platforms, advancing AI-powered vision applications, and deploying iRAYPLE’s AMRs as TXR’s standard platform.
  • Collaboration targets logistics and manufacturing sectors, with both companies expecting to boost market share in China’s high-end robotics segment and strengthen global positioning.

iRAYPLE and TXR Robotics have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop robotic automation systems, combining advanced machine vision with autonomous navigation and control technologies. The deal links China’s Zhejiang HuaRay Technology Co., Ltd.’s flagship brand with TXR, a South Korean robotics and logistics automation subsidiary of Eugene Group, in a partnership aimed at industrial applications in both domestic and global markets.

According to iRAYPLE, under the agreement, the companies will cooperate on standardizing robotic hardware platforms, advancing AI-powered vision applications, and promoting joint projects through regular technical exchanges. TXR will focus on technology localization and integration, using iRAYPLE’s autonomous mobile robots as the standard platform for its intelligent automation solutions.

The collaboration will merge iRAYPLE’s high-precision vision systems with TXR’s fleet management software and SLAM-based navigation. SLAM, short for simultaneous localization and mapping, allows robots to map their surroundings and position themselves in real time without external guidance. By integrating these capabilities, the partners aim to improve system stability, operational efficiency, and competitiveness in industrial robotics.

According to both companies, the combined technology will target industries requiring precise, reliable automation, from logistics to manufacturing. iRAYPLE’s machine vision will enhance the accuracy and cognitive abilities of TXR’s robots, while TXR’s navigation and control software will expand the potential uses for iRAYPLE’s hardware.

The agreement also has a strategic dimension, iRAYPLE noted. The companies expect their alliance to increase market share in China’s high-end robotics segment and strengthen their global competitive position. For iRAYPLE, founded in 2016 and now operating in more than 50 countries, the deal builds on its expansion in autonomous mobile robots and machine vision systems. For TXR, it offers a hardware partner with a proven track record in deploying vision-driven automation.

“iRAYPLE’s high-precision machine vision is a key element that maximizes the cognitive capabilities and accuracy of our robotic automation solutions,” Um Insup, CEO of TXR Robotics, said in a statement. “By internalizing this technology, we will deliver high-performance robotic automation solutions with perfectly integrated software and hardware, positioning us as a leader in the global market.”
