Faraday Future Announces ‘EAI Robot & Vehicle + Vacation Rental’ Deployment for US Vacation Rental Operator

Insider Brief

  • Faraday Future said it will begin its first Embodied AI robot deliveries on Feb. 27, marking its initial commercial deployment in the U.S. market.
  • The first units will be delivered to Golden Hills Investment LLC, a Florida-based vacation rental operator, placing the robots inside luxury short-term rental properties.
  • The company said the rollout supports its broader strategy to integrate AI robotics with its electric vehicle ecosystem and expand real-world deployments through 2026.

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric said it will begin deliveries of its first Embodied AI (EAI) robots on Feb. 27, marking the company’s initial commercial push into robotics just weeks after announcing its entry into the sector.

The California-based electric vehicle maker said the first units will be delivered to Golden Hills Investment LLC, a Florida-based short-term vacation rental operator. The deployment places the robots inside luxury rental properties, positioning hospitality as the company’s first real-world commercial use case.

Faraday Future said the arrangement will allow the robots to provide operational and guest-facing services within premium vacation homes, while giving the company a live consumer environment to demonstrate the technology. Golden Hills will become the first purchaser of the company’s EAI robotics products.

The move reflects Faraday Future’s broader effort to extend beyond electric vehicles into what it describes as an “EAI Robot & Vehicle” ecosystem. The company said it plans to accelerate deployments in hospitality and other service environments through 2026 as it builds a commercial model for robotics alongside its vehicle portfolio.

Faraday Future began deliveries of its flagship FF 91 electric vehicle in 2023 and has outlined plans for a second, higher-volume vehicle brand with deliveries expected in 2026. The robotics initiative represents a parallel expansion strategy as the company seeks new revenue streams tied to AI-enabled hardware.
