Inevitable AI Group (IAIG), an AI-native venture studio, announced a $6 million pre-seed funding round led by Aleph. The company builds and launches multiple AI-native software businesses simultaneously, operating on the premise that advances in AI now allow small teams to develop and scale software products significantly faster and more efficiently than traditional methods.
Founded by Nimrod Lehavi and Ofer Bar-Or, IAIG functions as a venture studio rather than a single company, partnering with entrepreneurs to launch AI-native products within weeks in software categories with established market demand. Since launching in January, the company has created five ventures and expects to launch dozens more by year-end, focusing on markets where AI can improve efficiency, accessibility, or pricing.
Lehavi said the goal is to build companies capable of moving faster and operating more efficiently than software businesses designed for earlier technological eras. Eden Shochat, an Equal Partner at Aleph, said the firm backed IAIG based on its belief that AI is reshaping how software companies are built and grown, rather than eliminating the SaaS model altogether.
Lehavi previously founded and sold Simplex to Nuvei for $300 million, while Bar-Or brings decades of experience across telecommunications, semiconductors, and machine learning. IAIG plans to expand its founder network and continue entering new software categories as it refines its AI-driven venture-building approach.
