AI security startup Reco has raised $55 million, extending a $30 million Series B from February, with participation from AT&T’s venture arm, Forestay and Quadrille Capital. The funding brings its total raised to $140 million.
Co-founder and CEO Ofer Klein said the company’s valuation has more than doubled since February, placing it in the high hundreds of millions, while annual recurring revenue sits in the double-digit millions and is expected to triple this year. Reco has more than 100 customers, with financial services making up about 40% of the business.
Originally focused on mapping and securing SaaS and AI platforms, Reco has repositioned around a context graph linking agents to apps, people, accounts and permissions, allowing security teams to see what agents can reach and remove unnecessary access. Klein said enterprises are deploying agents faster than they can track them, noting the platform found 21,000 unknown agents at one Fortune 100 customer. He said demand now covers the entire agent ecosystem rather than individual agents.
Reco integrates with more than 280 apps and uses browser and network signals to detect agents elsewhere. It enters a crowded field of at least two dozen agent security vendors and will use the capital for hiring, sales, partnerships and customer support.
