Stuut, the New York-based AI platform that runs order-to-cash for large enterprises, has secured a $52.5 million Series B led by Insight Partners, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund and Activant. The round, which comes ten months after its Series A, brings total funding to $93 million.
Founded by CEO Tarek Alaruri and Ben Winter, Stuut uses AI to automate collections, cash application, payments, disputes and deductions, contacting customers by SMS, email and phone, logging into AP portals and reconciling cash. The company said 81.7% of outbound collections activity now runs without human involvement and 95% of incoming payments are matched automatically. It integrates with existing ERP, banking, CRM and payment systems, with every action auditable.
Alaruri said AI allows Stuut to deliver continuous learning loops that improve customer experience, reduce churn and strengthen financial performance. More than 150 customers, including Honeywell, ZoomInfo and Verifone, use the platform, which has processed over $3 billion.
Julian Marcu, Vice President at Insight Partners and a Stuut board member, said the company has shown how agents can execute payment recovery while fitting within the controls finance teams rely on. Growing over 90% quarter over quarter, Stuut will use the funding to meet demand and expand into credit, lending and funds movement.
