NeuBird Raises $22.5M to Launch Hawkeye AI for Rapid IT Problem Resolution

NeuBird, the company behind Hawkeye, a GenAI-powered IT operations (ITOps) engineer, announced a $22.5 million funding round led by M12, Microsoft’s venture fund. Additional participants included Mayfield, StepStone Group, and Prosperity7 Ventures. The funding will accelerate the general availability of Hawkeye, an AI tool designed to transform IT operations by enabling teams to diagnose and resolve incidents with unprecedented speed and precision.

Andrew Smyth, Managing Partner at M12, said in a statement that NeuBird is addressing a significant challenge in IT operations by simplifying complexity. He added that Hawkeye’s ability to integrate with existing observability tools and provide actionable insights underscores the firm’s confidence in NeuBird’s vision and team.

Hawkeye differentiates itself by bridging the gap between observation and action. Unlike traditional tools that passively monitor IT systems, Hawkeye actively analyzes telemetry data, pinpoints root causes, and provides actionable solutions. NeuBird CEO and co-founder Goutham Rao explained that the platform allows IT teams to resolve issues in minutes rather than days, significantly reducing operational costs and enabling teams to focus on strategic innovation.

Hawkeye adheres to strict data privacy standards, employing a no-storage policy and accessing data on a read-only basis. NeuBird’s proprietary AI mimics the reasoning of seasoned engineers, offering solutions to complex IT challenges while safeguarding enterprise data.

The growing complexity of enterprise IT has placed enormous pressure on professionals to manage vast amounts of data in real time. Hawkeye alleviates this burden by automating routine tasks, enabling IT teams to focus on deploying technologies and driving innovation. The platform reduces burnout by handling repetitive and time-consuming operations, empowering teams to achieve greater productivity.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs backed by Mayfield, NeuBird is focused on revolutionizing IT operations through generative AI. With Hawkeye, the company delivers a secure, enterprise-grade solution that simplifies IT challenges and enhances productivity for global enterprises.
