Leap Closes $65M in Series E to Expand AI-Powered Study Abroad Platform

Leap, a leading platform for international student mobility, has raised $65 million in Series E funding through a mix of primary and secondary equity. The round was led by UK-based Apis Partners, with participation from Owl Ventures, Jungle Ventures, and Peak XV Partners.

Since its launch in 2019, Leap has raised over $200 million and now operates across 10 countries, offering services including counseling, visa assistance, education loans, and financial products tailored for international students. The company, which owns LeapScholar, LeapFinance, GeeBee, and Yocket, has facilitated $200 million in student loans and built partnerships with over 1,000 universities worldwide.

Co-founder Vaibhav Singh noted that Leap has grown 5X since its Series D, while Co-founder Arnav Kumar emphasized that AI will further accelerate the platform’s expansion, enhancing its ability to personalize student guidance and streamline global admissions.

Apis Partners’ Udayan Goyal praised Leap’s rapid scaling, stating that the investment represents an opportunity to support its continued expansion and impact on international education.

Avendus Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the deal.
