Lexroom.ai, a leading developer of artificial intelligence solutions for the legal sector, has closed a €16 million funding round led by Base10 Partners, the Silicon Valley venture capital firm. The round also saw participation from Acurio Ventures, alongside continued backing from existing investors Entourage, Verve Ventures, Joe Zadeh, and View Different.
The funding marks a major milestone in Lexroom.ai’s expansion, reinforcing its position as one of Europe’s fastest-growing legal tech startups. Legal advisors for the transaction included Giovannelli e Associati for Lexroom.ai, and Legance in collaboration with Morrison Foerster for Base10 Partners. BonelliErede advised Acurio Ventures. The investment will accelerate Lexroom.ai’s development of AI-driven tools designed to modernize and streamline legal workflows globally.
