Engagesoft, the Saudi Arabia–based AI platform for employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, has secured $3.5 million in Pre-Series A funding led by Silicon Badia. The investment will advance Engagesoft’s AI roadmap and strengthen its mission to deliver a unified view of organizational health across engagement, culture, leadership, and performance.
Founded in 2021 by Omar and Tareq Tahboub, Engagesoft has expanded rapidly, tripling its customer base and increasing annual recurring revenue more than tenfold over the past 18 months. The company now serves 120 enterprise clients across seven countries, including major regional organizations such as Zamil Industrial, Edita Food Industries, and the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, positioning it as a leading enterprise SaaS platform in the MENA region.
