Reducto, a rapidly growing AI platform focused on document understanding, has secured a $75 million Series B funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Benchmark, First Round Capital, BoxGroup, and Y Combinator. The investment brings the company’s total funding to $108 million, raised in under a year, and follows strong adoption momentum as customers increasingly rely on AI to process high-volume, complex documentation.
Founded by MIT graduates, Reducto combines OCR with modern vision-language models to interpret documents more like humans, enabling high-accuracy parsing, extraction, and editing across industries. The platform now processes close to one billion pages monthly for both startups and major global enterprises. The company plans to accelerate research and expand its technology footprint as demand for reliable, enterprise-grade AI document intelligence continues to scale.
