Schneider Electric and Foxconn Collaborating on AI Data Center Infrastructure

Schneider Electric and Foxconn are partnering to develop and deploy pre-integrated AI data center infrastructure. Production is scheduled to begin later this year.

The companies said the collaboration combines Foxconn’s expertise in AI servers, rack integration and large-scale manufacturing with Schneider Electric’s power, cooling and energy management technologies. The goal is integrated AI data center systems that can be deployed more quickly and efficiently across global markets.

“At the pace AI is evolving, the industry requires a new model for how infrastructure is designed, built, and delivered,” said Foxconn chairman Young Liu. “By combining Foxconn’s strength in AI systems and global manufacturing with Schneider Electric’s deep expertise in power and energy, we are creating a path for customers to deploy AI capacity at scale — faster, smarter, and more sustainably.”

Key Areas of Collaboration

Standardized design frameworks: The companies plan to create repeatable infrastructure blueprints intended to simplify the deployment of AI computing facilities across different regions and markets.

AI data center reference architectures: The companies will jointly develop standardized designs for next-generation AI data centers.

Energy optimization: Schneider Electric and Foxconn will explore closed-loop energy management systems aimed at improving efficiency and power utilization.

Modular infrastructure: The partnership will focus on modular power and cooling systems that can be deployed more quickly and scaled as demand grows.

 “If we want to scale AI responsibly, these systems must be connected. This is where energy intelligence becomes essential. At Schneider Electric, we are advancing energy tech to build the most efficient and sustainable AI factories by bringing integrated power, cooling, and digital capabilities into AI data centers,” added Schneider electric CEO Olivier Blum.
