Other investors include NVIDIA, AMD, and MongoDB Ventures, with previous backers like Benchmark, Databricks Ventures, and notable tech executives. This new funding brings the total capital raised by Fireworks AI to $77M, aimed at driving the shift to compound AI systems, expanding the team, and enhancing the platform to accelerate AI application deployment.

Fireworks AI offers industry-specific AI agents optimized for various models, boasting 12x faster inference times and high efficiency. The company supports over 100 models in text, image, audio, and multimodal formats, with more than 140 billion tokens processed daily.

Recent platform enhancements include partnerships with MongoDB, Meta, Mistral, and Stability AI, along with infrastructure optimizations from NVIDIA, AMD, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud. New features like FireAttention V2 and FireFunction-v2 have boosted performance and cut costs, supporting scaling companies with on-demand GPU deployment and flexible pricing options.

Fireworks AI focuses on compound AI systems, which involve multiple interacting components to tackle complex tasks, reducing costs and complexity while enhancing reliability and speed.
