Helsinki’s Jobilla Secures €6M to Launch AI Tools & Revolutionize Recruitment Efficiency

Helsinki-based Jobilla, a digital recruitment technology company, has secured €6M in additional funding from Juuri Partners, Trind VC, Business Finland, and business angels, with Matti Vikkula joining as Chair of the Board. Vikkula, with a strong management background including roles at PwC and as CEO of Biokraft International AB, will help steer Jobilla’s growth.

The new funds will be used to enhance Jobilla’s AI-driven platform and expand its presence in the European market. Alongside the funding, Jobilla has introduced AI-powered recruitment tools that automate tasks like ad creation, landing page content, and email drafts, significantly reducing campaign setup and running times.

Jobilla’s platform also includes advanced localization features, enabling native-level content creation in multiple languages to attract talent across different markets. By minimizing administrative tasks and automating content creation, Jobilla allows recruiters to focus on evaluating candidates and making informed hiring decisions. The platform’s AI-driven tools track progress, provide candidate summaries, and deliver data throughout the hiring process.

Founded in 2015, Jobilla has grown over 120% annually, operating in the Nordics, Benelux, and DACH regions, managing over 8,000 recruitment campaigns annually in more than 50 countries. The company’s AI tools help tailor recruitment efforts to candidates’ languages and markets, enhancing engagement and attracting top talent.
