Pepsales, a SaaS platform focused on sales teams, has raised $1.1 million in a funding round led by Chiratae Ventures, with additional support from angel investors. The funds will help develop its AI-powered platform, enhance sales and marketing efforts, and expand its team, particularly in product engineering and AI roles.
Founded in 2023 by Ajay Singh and Abhinandan Sahgal, Pepsales leverages AI and machine learning to help B2B SaaS companies create tailored product demos for potential clients. “Our software targets the $200 billion enterprise sales and marketing market, and we aim to capture significant market share in demo automation,” said Singh.
Currently in beta, Pepsales serves 10 clients and aims to reach 25 by December before a full public launch. The platform is designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales demos, with Sahgal stating, “Our AI technology automates personalized demos, potentially increasing success rates by 50%.”
Venkatesh Peddi, managing director at Chiratae Ventures, praised Pepsales for addressing a key challenge in B2B tech sales with its innovative solution.
