Appier Acquires AdCreative.ai for $38.7M to Expand Generative AI in Advertising and Marketing

Appier (TSE: 4180) has announced the acquisition of AdCreative.ai, a Paris-based leader in Generative AI-powered creative optimization, in a $38.7 million deal, including a $27.3 million base. This marks Appier’s fifth major acquisition since 2018 and aims to strengthen its AI-driven advertising and marketing solutions globally.

Appier CEO Chih-Han Yu stated that the acquisition expands Appier’s Generative AI capabilities, enhances gross margins, and accelerates global market reach. He emphasized that Appier’s APAC leadership, growing U.S. presence, and AdCreative.ai’s European footprint will create a more comprehensive AI-powered marketing ecosystem.

AdCreative.ai CEO Alexandre Leciel said the partnership aligns with AdCreative.ai’s mission to redefine creative efficiency and performance, leveraging Appier’s decade-long expertise in AI-driven marketing.

The transaction is set to close on March 4, 2025, with no material impact on Appier’s FY24 financial results.
