The company aims to streamline a traditionally manual, data-heavy process by replacing static reports with an interactive AI-driven dashboard that delivers real-time insights.
Co-founder and CEO Dr. Henry Crosby said existing methods have remained unchanged for decades, often resulting in ambiguous outcomes. He noted that Martello’s approach brings greater clarity and speed to a critical stage of the conveyancing process. Backers believe Martello’s combination of legal and technical expertise positions it to become the new standard for environmental risk reporting in the UK property sector.
