Belfast-based Cumulus Neuroscience has raised £3.25 million in new funding to accelerate the growth of its AI-driven brain health platform, NeuLogiq®, which is transforming clinical trials and patient care in neurology. The round was led by a £1.5 million investment from Whiterock’s Growth Capital Fund, with additional support from the Investment Fund for Northern Ireland, ACF Investors, and Co Fund NI.
Cumulus uses FDA-cleared dry sensor EEG headsets and AI-powered tablet assessments to collect real-world brain function data across cognition, mood, and language. The platform allows continuous, decentralized data collection for neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s and depression.
The company will use the new capital to expand its commercial team, enhance product capabilities, and meet growing demand from global biopharma partners.
