Cybersecurity Startup Glow Emerges From Stealth as a Unicorn With $180M Series A

Glow, a cybersecurity startup founded by former Meta and Snowflake executives, emerged from stealth Wednesday with a $180 million all-equity Series A round that valued the company at $1.2 billion. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, and Holly Ventures.

Founded in 2025 and based in Palo Alto, Glow is building an endpoint security platform that uses AI agents to monitor and control software, AI tools, and developer applications running on employee devices. Co-founder and CEO Roi Tiger, a former Meta vice president of engineering, said AI’s arrival on the endpoint represents a shift comparable to the earlier move to cloud and SaaS. Tiger co-founded the company with former Snowflake cybersecurity strategist Omer Singer, former Claroty R&D leader Ophir Arie, and former Meta engineering leader Arnon Joseph, with Emily Heath, previously CISO at United Airlines and Docusign, serving as chief operating officer.

The platform runs on AI models from Anthropic and Google’s Gemini via Amazon Bedrock, layered with proprietary software for enterprise context. Tiger said Glow has already blocked malicious npm packages and flagged endpoint devices with degraded security tooling. The company says it has paying customers in healthcare, retail, and financial services, and employs close to 100 people, most based in Israel.
