Conversed.ai, an Amsterdam-based enterprise AI orchestration and customer experience automation startup, has raised an undisclosed round of growth funding from a consortium of Dutch technology investors based in Blaricum and Oegstgeest.
The company said the capital will support its expansion across European markets, growth of its core engineering teams, and accelerated enterprise sales within heavily regulated industries.
Led by founder Sander van der Kraan and newly appointed Managing Director Sagar Schoneveld, Conversed.ai is developing its AI Agent Optimization Studio, a platform designed to manage the lifecycle of AI agents and convert standalone chatbots into production-grade digital assistants. The system integrates across chat, voice, email, and ticketing channels, connecting directly with legacy CRM, ERP, and electronic health record systems.
To serve regulated sectors such as corporate finance, healthcare, and e-commerce, the platform relies on EU-hosted large language models and automatically pseudonymizes personal data before processing. It also offers automated prompt refinement, continuous guardrail monitoring, and audit trails, while maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliance.
Alongside the funding, Conversed.ai appointed software entrepreneur Michiel Mol, co-founder of Lost Boys and Guerrilla Games, along with Maarten Elshove and Walter Hueber, to its corporate advisory board.
