Wonderful Raises $550M Series C at $5B Valuation to Scale AI Operating System

Israeli-Dutch AI startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C round that values the company at $5 billion, more than doubling the $2 billion valuation it reached less than six months ago. Insight Partners again led the round, joined by returning investors Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners, with Salesforce investing in the company for the first time.

Founded in early 2025, Wonderful built early momentum through a customer service AI agent platform tailored for non-English-speaking markets, paired with a strategy of embedding engineering teams directly with customers to integrate its technology. The company said it now operates across more than 35 countries.

Wonderful’s offering has since evolved beyond customer service into a broader platform called “Wonderful AI OS,” designed to coordinate agents, workflows, and AI applications across a company’s data and existing systems. The company said the platform is model-agnostic and compatible with existing tech stacks, allowing customers to adopt selected components, integrate them as needed, and retain full ownership of what they build, according to co-founder and CTO Roey Lalazar.

The company continues to rely on forward-deployed engineers to accelerate implementation for clients, reflecting rising industry demand for such specialized talent. Wonderful said the new funding will go toward faster product development, expanding its engineering teams, and meeting growing customer demand.
