Huskeys Announces $27M Series A to Address AI-Driven Security Challenges at the Network Edge

Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup Huskeys has raised $27 million in a Series A round led by Blackstone Innovations Investments, bringing its total funding to $35 million following an earlier $8 million seed round. Additional investors include Merlin Ventures, Skinos Ventures, Zscaler Ventures, Okta Ventures, Bright Pixel Capital, SV Angel, and individual backers from companies including Palo Alto Networks, Cloudflare, and Google.

The company said the rise of autonomous AI agents is complicating traditional network security, as legitimate automated traffic increasingly resembles the kind of activity security systems were built to block, while attackers simultaneously use AI to identify and exploit vulnerabilities faster. Huskeys addresses this through a platform it calls Network Edge Security Management, designed to unify visibility and policy control across an organization’s existing CDNs, firewalls, cloud security tools, and network infrastructure rather than replacing them.

Co-founder and CEO Itai Gafni said the company was built to give security teams a way to understand and manage increasingly fragmented edge environments as AI reshapes both legitimate traffic and cyber threats. Huskeys said its customers include TikTok, LEGOLAND, Ro, Blackstone, and Hugging Face, and that its platform currently analyzes more than a trillion web requests daily. Blackstone Chief Information Security Officer Adam Fletcher said the investment reflects a broader shift in how organizations will need to secure internet-facing applications as AI changes the nature of edge traffic.
