Wint Raises $36M in Series D Funding to Scale AI-Powered Water Intelligence Globally

Insider Brief

  • Wint, a water management platform for the built environment, raised $36 million in Series D funding co-led by LIP Ventures and Inven Capital to accelerate product development and market reach.
  • The platform uses AI algorithms to analyze water data in commercial and industrial buildings in real time, giving facilities and risk teams visibility into water use, waste, and loss before damage occurs.
  • Heading into 2026, Wint reported saving 1.15 billion gallons of water, preventing an estimated $100 million in water damage across more than 1,300 incidents, and avoiding over 39,000 metric tons of carbon emissions in 2025.

PRESS RELEASE — Wint, the leading provider of water management solutions for the built environment, announced it has raised $36 million in Series D funding co-led by LIP Ventures and Inven Capital. With this investment, Wint will accelerate product development and deepen the company’s market reach.

“Wint has established itself as the trusted platform for enterprise water intelligence, with a customer base and a track record that speaks for itself,” said Alan Weisleder, Partner at LIP Ventures. “This investment is an opportunity to help a proven team scale a proven solution to a much larger share of the global market, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.”

“Water risk is one of the most underestimated threats to the built environment. Wint exists to change that, and this funding gives us the resources to bring proactive water intelligence to every building, everywhere,” said Alon Geva, CEO at Wint. “Buildings that run on Wint leak less, waste less, and perform better, and this investment lets us scale to a much larger share of the world’s built environment.”

“We are excited to continue backing Wint as the leading water intelligence platform and key infrastructure layer for how buildings monitor, manage, and mitigate water-related risks,” said Michal Mravec, Investment Director at Inven Capital “The company’s growing traction with leading insurers, real estate owners, facility managers, and installation partners validates both the scale of the opportunity and Wint’s ability to create value across the entire water management ecosystem.”

Wint’s platform uses AI algorithms to analyze water data in commercial and industrial buildings in real time, giving facilities and risk teams precise visibility into where water is being used, wasted, or lost before damage occurs. The company serves global enterprises, commercial and residential facilities, general contractors, and mission-critical facilities seeking to halt water waste, prevent damage, lower operational costs, and strengthen their ESG impact.

This funding marks the latest milestone for Wint, which announced in December 2025 that it had secured a strategic investment from Grosvenor, one of the world’s most respected property owners and developers, who will expand Wint’s solutions across its global real estate portfolio. Heading into 2026, Wint reported saving 1.15 billion gallons of water, preventing an estimated $100 million in water damage across more than 1,300 incidents, and avoiding over 39,000 metric tons of carbon emissions in 2025 alone. The company also launched AI-based Water Insights and AI-driven water temperature and boiler health analysis, deepening the platform’s ability to surface actionable intelligence across every building system.
