Housing and healthcare AI company EliseAI announced it has been valued at $4 billion following a $350 million funding round, nearly doubling its valuation from a year ago. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.
The company was valued at $2.2 billion in its 2025 Series E round. In June, it said annual recurring revenue had surpassed $200 million, marking its fifth consecutive year of doubling revenue.
EliseAI’s housing platform automates leasing, maintenance and renewals, while its healthcare business helps physician groups handle patient intake, scheduling, insurance checks, referrals and follow-ups.
The New York-based company plans to use the funding to expand its engineering, deployment and sales teams and to establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub.
The deal reflects growing investor interest in AI companies that automate complex, industry-specific workflows as businesses look to improve efficiency and cut administrative workloads. According to Bank of America Institute, AI spending growth among mid-sized firms peaked in August, with adoption concentrated in service sectors such as healthcare and education for automating administrative tasks, documentation and communication.
