Fairino announced it has completed its Series C+ and Series D funding rounds, bringing cumulative financing to nearly USD$150 million as the Chinese collaborative robotics company expands development of industrial robotics systems.
Meituan Longzhu led the Series C+ round, while Meituan led the Series D. Multiple other investors participated, along with existing shareholders that made additional investments, according to the company.
Fairino said the funding will support expanding production capacity for core components, increasing research and development in industrial embodied intelligence, and accelerating larger-scale robot deployments and international growth.
The company highlighted two technologies within that R&D effort, the ART series of industrial-grade humanoid force-control arms and AIRLab, its embodied AI tool platform.
Fairino also recently expanded its international partnerships through a new global strategic cooperation agreement with Schmalz, signed at CIIF 2026 in Shanghai. The partnership combines Schmalz’s intelligent gripping technology with Fairino’s collaborative robots, with the companies planning to broaden automation applications and market reach across those regions.
Fairino said the agreement builds on existing cooperation in Europe, North America and South Korea and will extend their work across China, Southeast Asia, the United States and Europe.
