Attio Secures $52M Series B to Build the First AI-Native CRM

Attio has raised $52 million in a Series B funding round led by GV (Google Ventures) with participation from Redpoint Ventures, Balderton Capital, Point Nine, and 01A, bringing its total funding to $116 million. The UK- and US-based company is building what it calls the first AI-native CRM, a system designed to give businesses full customer context while enabling tailored go-to-market strategies beyond the limits of legacy platforms.

Founded just two years ago, Attio has already attracted 5,000 paying customers, including AI startups such as Lovable, Granola, Modal, and Replicate, and is set to quadruple its annual recurring revenue this year.

CEO and co-founder Nicolas Sharp emphasised that CRM innovation has stagnated and must now be fundamentally rethought to be AI-native, while CTO and co-founder Alexander Christie highlighted that go-to-market teams require platforms deeply integrated with AI rather than add-ons to outdated systems. Michael McBride, General Partner at GV and former CRO of GitLab, has joined Attio’s board, citing the company’s architecture and growth as key to shaping the next era of CRM.

With the new investment, Attio will expand engineering, accelerate product innovation, and advance R&D in agent collaboration, predictive intelligence, and granular permissions, positioning itself as the foundation for AI-driven go-to-market software.
