Rome-based SylloTips has raised €4.2 million in one of Italy’s largest seed rounds of 2025, led by Azimut through its ALIcrowd III and IV funds, with participation from The Techshop, Techstars, Cloud Accelerator, Leo Capital, and several angel investors. Founded in 2023 by Giorgio Barnabò, Leonardo Martini, and Simone Silvestri, the company develops AI agents for Microsoft Teams that combine governed memory with human oversight.
The funding will accelerate R&D on agent modules, expand integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP, and strengthen go-to-market efforts across telecom, insurance, banking, and defense. SylloTips has also appointed senior industry leaders, including Vincenzo Esposito and Nicoletta Mastropietro, to its board as it scales globally.
