Squadio Raises $3M to Expand AI-Driven Remote Hiring Platform Across MENA and Global Markets

Saudi-based tech talent platform Squadio has secured $3 million (SAR 11 million) in a Pre-Series A funding roundto accelerate the growth of its AI-powered remote hiring services across the MENA region and beyond. The round drew participation from Wa’ed Ventures, 500 Sanabil MENA, Nour Nouf Ventures, SEEDRA Ventures, and the National Technology Development Program (NTDP).

Founded in 2019 by Khaled Senawy, Squadio enables companies to assemble high-performing, remote-first tech teams by connecting them with vetted global talent. The platform hosts more than 55,000 professionals across 80 countriesand serves over 450 companies, including leading Saudi enterprises such as STC, Elm, Thiqah, Monsha’at, and Nupco.

Headquartered in Riyadh with offices in Dubai, Alexandria, and Silicon Valley, Squadio will use the new funding to enhance its AI matching algorithms, strengthen its infrastructure, and expand operations into Africa and the United States, reinforcing its role as a global bridge for tech talent.
