Saudi Arabia–based talent management startup Resquad AI has raised $1.5 million in Seed funding to accelerate the rollout of its AI-powered technical recruitment platform. The round was led by SRG, with participation from a group of angel investors.
Founded in 2024 by Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Jafaari, Resquad AI is building a SaaS platform and global B2B marketplace that uses artificial intelligence to automate and streamline technical hiring. The company’s proprietary large language model is purpose-built for recruitment, enabling automated candidate screening, matching, pricing, compliance, and payments, while significantly reducing hiring timelines and enabling access to global developer talent.
The new capital will fund product development, team expansion, and regional and international growth, with a strategic focus on the GCC. Resquad AI now operates across more than 52 countries, supporting cross-border hiring aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the development of a knowledge-based digital economy.
