Risotto has raised a $10 million seed round to scale its AI-driven approach to help desk automation, targeting a market long dominated by incumbents such as Zendesk and ServiceNow. The round was led by Bonfire Ventures, with participation from 645 Ventures, Y Combinator, Ritual Capital, and SurgePoint Capital.
Founded by Aron Solberg, Risotto builds AI infrastructure that autonomously resolves support tickets by sitting between traditional ticketing platforms and internal systems. The company reported that its software automated 60% of support tickets for Gusto. Risotto is also preparing for a future where large language models become the primary interface for enterprise workflows, positioning its platform as a reliable, context-aware service layer within AI-first help desk environments.
