Greek-founded Pallma AI has raised €1.36 million ($1.6 million) in pre-seed funding to build a dedicated security layer for autonomous and agentic AI systems as enterprises move these tools into core infrastructure. The round was led by Marathon Venture Capital, with participation from senior technology leaders from AWS, Meta, Google, Hack The Box, and Workable.
Founded in 2025 by Pavlos Mitsoulis and Dionysis Varelas, Pallma AI is developing an AI-native security platform designed to detect, monitor, and mitigate risks unique to autonomous agents, including prompt injection, data leakage, and unsupervised execution. The company will use the funding to expand teams in London and Athens, accelerate product development, and meet rising enterprise demand for agent-specific AI security.
