Infosys and Anthropic Partner to Build Enterprise AI Agents with Claude Models

Indian IT services company Infosys has announced a partnership with artificial intelligence firm Anthropic to develop enterprise-grade AI agents using Claude models. The collaboration will integrate Anthropic’s technology into Infosys Topaz, the company’s AI platform, to automate complex workflows across industries including banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing. The partnership was unveiled during the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi.

Infosys plans to use Anthropic’s Claude Code tools to support software development and internal automation initiatives while building expertise for enterprise deployments. AI-related services contributed approximately ₹25 billion in revenue during the December quarter, representing about 5.5% of Infosys’ total revenue.

For Anthropic, the collaboration strengthens its presence in India’s enterprise technology sector and expands adoption of Claude in regulated industries requiring governance and domain expertise.
