Coralogix Secures $200M to Monitor AI Agents as Autonomous Software Demand Surges

Software monitoring startup Coralogix has raised $200 million in a Series F round led by Advent and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, valuing the company at $1.6 billion — just eleven months after closing a $115 million Series E. Total funding now stands at $550 million.

The raise is a direct bet on AI agent proliferation driving demand for observability tools. As enterprises deploy increasingly autonomous software systems, co-founder and CEO Ariel Assaraf said the need to monitor, troubleshoot, and understand AI behaviour in production is accelerating rapidly. More than half of Coralogix’s enterprise customers already use either its own AI agent, Olly, or their own models through command-line interfaces to investigate incidents — a shift Assaraf described as gradually eroding the traditional dashboard.

The Boston-headquartered, Israel-founded company grew revenue more than 60 percent over the past year and counts around 30 customers spending over $1 million annually. Funding will accelerate AI product development, security offerings, and global expansion, with the company targeting profitability over the next few years and preparing for the financial discipline of a public company.
