Acculi Labs Raises $1.5M in Funding at $25M Valuation, Led by Sabi Holding India

Acculi Labs, a deep-tech life growth solution provider, has secured $1.5 million in a new investment round led by Sabi Holding India Ltd, at a valuation of $25 million. Previously, the Bengaluru-based company raised Rs 5 crore in seed funding from PirE Ventures in 2020.

The new funds will be used to accelerate the development of Acculi Labs’ conscious AI systems, enhance manpower, and improve operational efficiency and infrastructure. Founded in May 2017 by Rupam Das and Hari Prasath M, Acculi Labs aims to make home-based care more accessible. Its flagship product, Lyfas, offers early diagnostics and monitoring for asymptomatic patients, enabling timely medical intervention.

Lyfas has expanded from a cardiac health assessment tool to a comprehensive health solution platform. The mobile app captures psychophysiological biomarkers non-invasively and provides a detailed health report within three minutes. Acculi Labs has also developed Lyra, a conscious AI that connects carbon and silicon life forms, and launched the Lyfas Udyam initiative, which supports small entrepreneurs in starting and running their businesses using Acculi’s ecosystem.
