Tezi.ai, a startup focused on transforming recruitment with AI, has raised $9 million in seed funding led by 8VC and Audacious Ventures, with additional support from Liquid 2, Afore, Prime Set, and South Park Commons.
The funding will advance Tezi’s autonomous AI recruitment agent, Max, which is designed to streamline the hiring process by handling sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
Co-founders Raghavendra Prabhu and Jason James, with extensive experience in tech and recruitment, are leading this initiative to reduce hiring costs, improve candidate experience, and minimize bias in hiring decisions.
