Postudio, a cloud-based post-production software company, has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Audacity Venture Capital. The funds will support the company’s expansion in the Indian enterprise market, the development of AI-based product features, team growth, and a U.S. market launch slated for the second half of 2025.
Founded by media veterans Dhawal Gusain and Harish Prabhu, Postudio provides a web-based platform designed to streamline post-production workflows. The platform integrates AI-driven features like content localization, virtual editing, and real-time collaboration to cater to the evolving needs of media enterprises and independent production houses.
In less than two years, the company has surpassed $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and is on track to double its revenue in 2025. This growth is fueled by increasing demand for remote collaboration solutions that emphasize affordability and data security.
The Postudio team highlighted that its platform has already delivered significant benefits to major media enterprises in India, enabling 20–40% cost savings through easy implementation, user-friendly design, and robust content protection. The company aims to leverage these strengths to redefine global post-production workflows with scalable, cloud-based solutions.
