Camera Intelligence Raises $2M to Launch AI-Powered Camera Platform for Creators

Camera Intelligence, a company developing AI-driven camera systems for content creators and businesses, has closed a $2 million seed round backed by Betaworks, F4 Fund, Next Wave via Flybridge, 7pc Ventures, and Digital Catapult. The funding will accelerate the development of its AI-native Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera, which integrates a large language model to power voice-controlled functions and embedded content editing.

By combining advanced AI processing chips with intelligent workflows, Camera Intelligence aims to simplify high-quality content production, lowering barriers for solo creators and small businesses. The system enables real-time editing, color grading, and style adjustments directly within the camera, eliminating the need for complex software.

The company plans to launch its LLM-powered functionality for iOS users in autumn 2025, marking a milestone in its mission to transform cameras from passive tools into intelligent collaborators that streamline content creation across industries.
