Lucid Capital Announces $2.5M Seed Round to Scale AI-Driven Algorithmic Trading Platform

Lucid Capital, a US-founded and UAE-based fintech company focused on AI-powered algorithmic trading, has closed a $2.5 million Seed funding round led by Tharawat Holding, with participation from Singular Link. The investment will be used to strengthen Lucid Capital’s trading infrastructure and accelerate research into artificial intelligence models and autonomous trading agents.

The company applies AI and quantitative strategies to improve execution efficiency, risk management, and adaptability across volatile markets. Alongside the equity round, Lucid Capital has secured $200 million in capital commitmentsfrom financial institutions and accredited investors to deploy its strategies at scale across US equities and digital asset markets.

Led by its founding team, Lucid Capital is expanding its technology stack and institutional partnerships as it positions itself as a global player in AI-driven trading.
